Recipe Summary Roasted Delicata Squash With Hot Honey

If you haven't tried hot honey before, it's amazing on roasted vegetables and meats of all kinds.Ingredients | Rare Rumi Quotes¼ cup honey1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 teaspoon dried thyme½ teaspoon smoked paprika1 pinch salt1 delicata squash2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste½ teaspoon kosher saltDirectionsCombine honey, vinegar, red pepper flakes, thyme, smoked paprika, and salt in a small saucepan.
