Be careful not to overcook them!Ingredients | House Recipe Brand Sweet And Sour Sauce2 sleeves crackers (such as Keebler® Town House®), crumbled1 ½ cups pecan meal1 ½ cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese1 cup sweet onion, minced¼ cup finely chopped fresh spinach3 cloves garlic, minced3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley¾ teaspoon poultry seasoning½ teaspoon salt6 large eggs eggs, beaten½ cup vegetable oil for frying1 tablespoon olive oil1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly1 (12 ounce) jar chili sauce (such as Heinz®)DirectionsToss cracker crumbs and pecan meal together in a large bowl.
